[Talking Metal] "Many of the listeners listen to the show because of us and not because of our big name guests. Having said that, our guests helped put us on the map. There is no other internet radio show or podcast where you get rock stars as big as ours. John and I have always booked the guest for the podcast on our own with no booking agent or anything like that." - Mark Strigl

[Immolation] "We really like to keep the sound of the band. We aren’t going to change our style, like a lot of bands do, but we really try to be more aggressive, darker and more musical. For us, it’s more interesting to try to develop something that can bring this music more attention, and make it more interesting, rather than change it to be something else." - Robert Vigna

[Sworn Enemy] "It will just keep rolling. Most critics and most fans believe this is our best work to date. We all love the direction. We all love leads. We all grew up loving how Metallica leads make you sing, and how Slayer leads are so eerie. We all love that, so in our sound we wanted to get heavier, faster, not really melodic, but more solos and harmonies." - Lorenzo Antonucci

[Onesidezero] "We worked really hard to get this thing done, so you don’t want to quit before the miracle. You don’t know if there’s a miracle about it…when you get a taste of it, you want to see what’s next. We didn’t feel that we got the full what’s next. There were people that believed in what we were doing. So that’s what kept us going." - Jasan Radford

[Enemy of the Sun] "In a way I can really say I'm pretty lucky to find this kind of musicians, this kind of people in such a short time, but I think few times in your life you have to catch luck, so I hope I didn't misuse my luck with finding these guys, that my luck just stuck with this record." - Waldemar Sorychta

[Christian Death] "The image of the Abu Gharab victim is still linked to the abuse and corruption demonstrated by the current administration and it is frequently referred to by people in and outside the U.S. as an example of U.S. corruption. We suspended the man from a cross, a reference to the influence of the Christian right wing and its continuing hold on our culture and our morals, which are based on lies." - Valor Kand

[Dismember] 2008 brings Dismember’s 8th studio album simply titled, Dismember and it’s everything we’ve come to expect from the band – feral, swarming, with that buzz-saw guitar tone and galloping Maiden melodies. Highlighted by storming numbers like “Europa Burns,” “The Hills Have Eyes,” and “Combat Fatigue,” Dismember shows a band with no tread on its wheels, still capable of killing ‘em when they have to.

[Bullet For My Valentine] "Some songs take a year to take life. This one took 10 minutes. As soon as we wrote this, we rushed into the live room, showed everyone the basic structures and the parts. We thrashed out for an hour until we had the basic song. The next day we recorded it and what you hear is nothing really changed from the demo version.” - Matt Tuck

[Tomas Lindberg] "I feel much more relaxed now. I have only Disfear and the Great Deceiver to concentrate on. Even saying this, the Great Deceiver is not that much of a touring band. We do short European tours and stuff like that. We would like to come over to the States on this one. Disfear has more of a natural live sound. I feel less stressed after stripping down so many projects. These two bands mean so much for me to do them." - Tomas Lindberg

[Death Angel] "Dude, we would not even play together if we felt any different. It’s only way we know. It’s the ‘ole “boys club,” the gang, and it’s still an amazing feeling, even when the five of us get together in the practice room and start throwing down. I couldn’t imagine us being any other way." - Rob Cavesteny
