DEADSTAR ASSEMBLY To Release 'Coat Of Arms' In April

Florida's industrial metal crew DEADSTAR ASSEMBLY will release is third album, "Coat Of Arms", on April 13 via Somatic Recordings and available exclusively at select Hot Topic stores nationwide and in Europe through Spiralchords Music on May 7. Produced by DEADSTAR ASSEMBLY and Jeremy Staska (POISON THE WELL, NEW FOUND GLORY, UNTIL THE END, MALEVOLENT CREATION) and mastered by Adam Ayan (A PERFECT CIRCLE, NINE INCH NAILS, LINKIN PARK), the CD is described in a press release as "a stylistically refined record with definitive edge, a menacing-yet-mature unrestrained aural assault which features a tsunami of crushing guitars, crunchy synths, razorblade vocals, blazing leads and big hooks."

The group will film the video for the first single, "The Darkest Star", on March 20-21 with director Rey "Darkhak" Gutierrez, who previously worked with the band on the "Killing Myself Again" clip.
