THE HAUNTED Working On 'Road Kill' DVD/CD

Swedish metallers THE HAUNTED are putting the finishing touches on a new concert DVD/CD, "Road Kill", to be released later in the year via Century Media. The band is also working on material for a new studio album and is preparing to hit the road in Europe as the support act for SLAYER. In addition, the group will make several festival appearances this summer.

Commented THE HAUNTED guitarist Anders Björler: "As you might have noticed, the SLAYER dates have now been moved to the summer (May - August).

"We are very happy to have been invited personally by SLAYER as support for these club shows. We will, of course, add more tour dates/festivals in between the shows with SLAYER, so keep checking our sites. "A lot has happened the last couple of months: We are working hard on writing new material. We are currently also finalizing the DVD 'Road Kill' which will be released in a couple of months time."

THE HAUNTED recently signed a new worldwide deal with Century Media Records.

The band's last three albums — "rEVOLVEr", "The Dead Eye" and "Versus" — were released through Century Media.
